I stayed on track last week and worked out and met my goals for exercise.   I did my third straight weekend of HIIT.   Saturday I weighed in and lost another pound.  I am very excited and feel like I am back on track.   I am seeing changes in my body and seeing the scale move.  It feels really good. 

In other news:  I had a great weekend.  Tommy and I went to see the Decendants on Friday and our wonderful pizza and music from Miss Dawn.   Saturday we did our exercise and enjoyed our regualr Saturday night fun with a added visit to the Goldrush for a little late night breakfast snack.  Sunday Spicer and I spent the super bowl with Tommy and his family at Raffertys.   How was your weekend?
