I think I need stock in cough drops and cold meds. I have been sick since Sunday. Pardon the lack of posts but between being busy at work and being sick I just haven't had the time of the will to post. But I have been good with counting my calories and exercising when I can. Not to worry I am on track to burn my 2000 plus calories of exercise and have stayed well within my calories. I am hoping for a least a one pound loss this week and maybe even two pounds.
